Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or over to enter the event.

You may enter on behalf of someone under the age of 18; however, the named entrant must still adhere to the rules of the competition and must have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Employees, affiliates, or agents of the event organisers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

Entry to the treasure hunt is free (unless otherwise stated).

Only one entry per person is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete information upon registration.

Event Rules

All clues and locations must be accessed and interpreted without causing harm, damage, or disruption to public or private property.

Participants must follow all local laws and safety guidelines while participating in the event.

Any form of cheating or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.

Data Collection and Privacy

By entering the event, participants consent to the collection and storage of personal data (e.g. name, contact details) for the sole purpose of managing the event and contacting the winner(s).

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Participants may request the deletion of their data after the event has concluded by contacting the organisers.

Competition Close Date

The treasure hunt competition will close at 11:59 PM on 20th September 2025.

Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Winner Selection and Notification
-
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected at random.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered unless stated.

Liability

Participants take part in the treasure hunt at their own risk.

The event organisers accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during participation.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically fit and suitably prepared for the activity involved.

Changes and Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to amend the event rules or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation, no liability will be held for any costs incurred by participants.

Acceptance of Terms

Entry into the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in disqualification from the event.
